Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to maintain accurate daily reports and metrics.
• Proven attention to detail in a dynamic production setting.
• Ability to analyze issues and propose corrective actions.
• Sound judgement and timely decision making in production flow.
• Familiarity with lab management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and share daily reporting on late/special attention jobs.
• Track actions on late/special job reports and escalate when needed.
• Investigate root causes and expedite jobs to maintain production flow.
• Communicate with Customer Service about affected orders and frames.
• Provide on-the-floor insights to drive service improvements.
• Support QA by escalating delays or defects impacting production.
