Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related manufacturing/lab experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed measurable production standards.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Problem solving and analytical thinking required.
• LMS experience (Opti-facts, Confi or DVI) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and share daily reporting on late/special attention jobs with lab leadership.
• Track actions on late/special job reports and escalate when needed.
• Investigate root causes and take corrective action to expedite production.
• Walk through of special jobs in the lab (VIP, expensive frames, etc.).
• Set launch priorities based on late job status and requests.
• Identify and report orphan frames and communicate with Customer Service.
• Monitor outsourced/nearshore workflows to ensure centralized oversight.
• Provide timely feedback on issue resolution and status.
• Support QA by escalating delays or defects impacting production.
• Provide operational insights to improve service and reduce workflow issues.
