Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold installations, mold changeovers, and machine setup.
• Establish and document injection molding process parameters.
• Start up, validate, and monitor production jobs after mold changes.
• Troubleshoot molding defects, process variations, and machine issues.
• Monitor process stability and adjust to improve yield and quality.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds as needed.
• Conduct in-process inspections and communicate quality concerns.
