EssilorLuxottica’s Southeast Eye Group in Hiawassee, GA is seeking a full-time Optical Dispensing Specialist. You will provide precise eyewear fittings, measurements, and exceptional patient care to ensure the best vision outcomes.

You will operate with ABO certification, leverage POS and patient record systems, and work weekends/evenings as needed. Join a collaborative team focused on accuracy, service, and growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• ABO Certification must be current.
• Knowledge of basic optics and dispensing eyewear is essential.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills needed.
• Familiarity with inventory, POS, and patient record systems expected.
• Ability to learn new technology and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and inserts prescription into lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and assist peers.
• Take and record precise measurements, ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Ask open questions to understand patient needs.
• Support colleagues with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and timekeeping.
• Aim to achieve KPIs and customer satisfaction.
