Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ABO Certification; must maintain currency.
• Knowledge of basic optics and dispensing eyewear.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS tools.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to use a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and places prescription in lenses.
• Lead in optical acumen and peer guidance.
• Record measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Ask open-ended questions to uncover patient needs.
• Assist peers with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strive for exceptional KPI results and patient satisfaction.
