Job summary

Fujifilm seeks a seasoned Technical Sales Engineer on the West Coast to promote optical products and deliver on-site demonstrations for Broadcast, Cinema, CCTV lens systems, and Z projectors. You will train staff, provide expert consultation, and coordinate with engineering and Japan HQ to translate feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in engineering or related quantitative disciplines.
• 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced and highly competitive technical and service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Fujifilm optical products and support field sales activities.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and support technical training for internal and customer sales and service staff.
• Provide technical sales support and product expertise for Broadcast, Cinema, and CCTV lens systems and Z projectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, rental houses, broadcast stations, vendors, and industry partners.
• Serve as technical liaison between customers, sales teams, engineering groups, and Fujifilm's factory in Japan.
• Identify customer needs, recommend optical solutions, and provide technical consultation before and after sales.
