Job summary

FUJIFILM Americas is seeking a Lens Service Technician to repair, calibrate, and maintain broadcast, cinema, ENG/EFP, CCTV, and projector lens systems. You will support in-house and field service, troubleshoot mechanical, optical, and electronic issues, and assist with training and demonstrations.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Optical, Mechanical, or Electronics preferred, or 4+ years in lens service.
• Strong troubleshooting of mechanical, optical, and electronic systems.
• Excellent communication for customer and team interactions.

Responsibilities

• Repair, calibrate, and maintain Fujifilm lens products to factory specs.
• Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and service staff.
• Travel domestically and internationally for field service and training.
