Job summary

iLocatum is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional optical fiber manufacturing programs from concept to customer delivery. You will drive development, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives in a fast-paced, ISO-regulated environment.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance across multiple locations, coordinating with procurement and engineering, and communicating progress to leadership as a program champion.

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of program management experience across the full product life cycle within a phase-gate development process.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-location scale-ups and complex technology transfers.
• Experience working under ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or AS9100 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead new product development, process improvement, and cost reduction programs from concept through execution
• Manage scope, risk, schedule, cost, and technical performance across cross-functional teams
• Prioritize staffing and capital resources, and act as program champion in communicating progress to leadership
• Partner with procurement and engineering to build program supply chains and manage supplier delivery commitments
• Support sales and marketing in customer education and new product positioning
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and institutionalizing best practices
• Navigate difficult conversations around resourcing conflicts or program viability with confidence
