Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Optical Sciences, Physics, or related field with 1+ years of experience.
• Experience designing and evaluating imaging and non-imaging optics.
• Hands-on optical setup alignment and assembly.
• Knowledge of optical coating, scattering, laser, polarization, spectroscopy.
• Proficient with optical design and simulation software.
• Knowledge of fabrication and assembly methods for optics and opto-mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Perform optical system design and optimization for product development projects.
• Revise existing optical systems and evaluate performance through simulations.
• Conduct optical alignment, prototyping, and assembly of optical setups.
• Select components and vendors for optics and opto-mechanical parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance optical designs.
