Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Program Finance Manager for the Optical Communications division in Reston, VA. You will lead a team of about 5 Program Financial Analysts and serve as the business partner to the division leader, ensuring accurate forecasting and robust financial planning for a ~$100M business.

You will develop EACs, manage monthly/ quarterly forecasts, perform risk analyses, model scenarios, and implement cost-reduction initiatives while collaborating with program managers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience.
• Understanding of FAR and CAS (Cost Accounting Standards).
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience with various IT financial systems and advanced Excel.
• Experience leading finance for $50M+ businesses and driving growth.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop EACs according to company policy and procedures.
• Collaborate with PMs, line leaders, and PFAs to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Lead a group of ~5 PFAs and act as business partner to division leadership.
• Analyze proposals including learning curves, BOMs, capacity, and schedules.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and report findings.
• Prepare financial models to support business planning exercises.
• Communicate findings clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction activities to meet targets.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as required.
