CACI International Inc. is seeking a Program Finance Manager to oversee financial management for a DoD program in the Virginia area. The role focuses on contract accounting, forecasting, and monthly reporting to ensure accurate budgeting and billing.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive DoD finance experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage a financing team while coordinating with technical and functional leads to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance).
• 6+ years’ DoD project/program finance experience.
• Ability to build forecasts from ground up including wrap rates and burdens.
• Prepare and deliver contract financial deliverables.
• Analyze plans, forecasts, actual costs, variances and communicate trends.
• Build reports and charts based on guidance for internal/external requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects to capture costs, recognize revenue, and bill customers.
• Ensure compliance with project setup policies and update project information.
• Perform Forecast Preparation and ensure annual plans and monthly forecasts meet due dates.
• Peer-review final submissions and produce project financial reports (CDRs, PMR, ETC/EC).
• Review timecards, travel vouchers, subcontractor invoices, and funding statements for compliance.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
