Qualifications

• Completion of 2+ years of college.
• 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Meets eligibility requirements to work in the Vision Center and relevant licensing.
• ABO certification through American Board of Opticianry.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical department sales growth through merchandising and customer service.
• Oversee precise eyewear measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under optometric supervision.
• Coordinate with labs, suppliers, and optometrists regarding job status and product updates.
