Responsibilities

• Guide patients in selecting eyewear that fits their face and lifestyle.

• Place and process eyewear orders and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments for proper fit.
• Build lasting patient relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete training, certifications, and growth milestones.
• Travel to support other locations if needed.
