Job summary

Sam’s Club Optical team in Houston, TX is seeking an Optical Associate with ABO certification. You will assist members with eyewear, measure pupillary distance, adjust frames, and process eyewear orders.

You will also stock, price, and maintain the Optical area, and handle purchases and returns using the POS system. The role requires ABO certification, strong customer service, and the ability to educate members on eyewear care.

Qualifications

• Active ABO certification and CE requirements to maintain certification.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Stock and present merchandise in Optical, handle claims and returns.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, measure pupillary distance, and adjust frames.
• Process eyewear and contact lens orders and manage payments and refunds.
