Job summary

Eye Health America's Carolina Centers for Sight in the Southeast is seeking a team member for our optical department. You will assist patients with frame and lens selections, help with lens ordering, and support insurance filing to ensure smooth patient experiences. The role requires multitasking, a positive attitude, and some optical experience.

Travel to other offices may be required; overtime may be involved. ABO certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Optical experience required.
• ABO certification preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients and customers with the selection of frames, lenses, and lens treatments.
• Ordering lenses from the lab.
• Filing insurance claims.
• Final inspection of lab work prior to notifying patient that their order is ready.
• Return and track returns for inventory purposes.
• Processing invoices for payment.
