Job summary

Adecco Staffing is seeking Optical Assemblers for full-time, contract-to-hire positions in Keene, NH. Work in the Finishing Department assembling high-precision electro/mechanical systems in a clean, detail-focused environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of assembly experience, and the ability to read schematics and use precision measuring tools. You’ll build wiring harnesses, follow technical drawings, and uphold safety and quality standards in a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro/mechanical systems including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Build wiring harnesses and install precision parts per technical schematics.
• Use measuring instruments and gauges to ensure accuracy.
• Complete detailed assembly tasks with consistency and care.
• Follow safety and quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
