Responsibilities

• Assemble optical systems to required assembly tolerances.
• Record necessary information for traceability of assembly procedures.
• Record touch time on work orders.
• Inspect optical and mechanical components for conformance to purchased prints.
• Assist in the optimization of optical components and mechanics to achieve desired results.
• Assist with improving the assembly process and identifying design improvements for next generation products.
• Assist with troubleshooting, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Assist with laser marking, cutting, and welding as needed.
