Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience; strong aptitude welcome.
• Experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks).
• Familiarity with optical alignment and thermal/vibration considerations.
• Hands-on experience in optical alignment and integration is advantageous.
• Strong attention to engineering documentation and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical point of contact for internal teams and customers.
• Advise customers on product specifications, applications, and capabilities.
• Perform hands-on testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting tailored to customer needs.
• Coordinate with Singapore HQ to feedback on launches and create docs.
• Support customer visits with expert technical guidance and quotations.
