The role requires coordinating with optical, mechanical, and coating engineers, translating customer specs into deliverables, and managing schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Optical Engineering, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Solid background in IC/semiconductor tech and experience with sensor ICs or semiconductor equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end laser-optics programs including planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and execution.
• Coordinate with optical, mechanical, and coating engineers to align design and performance.
• Translate customer specs into internal tasks and deliverables.
• Track milestones and reviews to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with laser-damage-threshold, coating performance, and tolerancing standards.
