ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Security Specialist to support and execute OPSEC programs protecting sensitive information and mission-critical activities. The role involves evaluating risks, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing security measures in collaboration with government customers and security teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in OPSEC or related fields, and hold an active Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in OPSEC, intel operations or risk management.
• Active TS clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility.
• DoD/government environment experience preferred.
• DoD security concepts and threat mitigation knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Execute OPSEC programs for mission-critical activities.
• Conduct OPSEC assessments identifying vulnerabilities.
• Analyze activities and suggest risk reductions.
• Review processes to ensure OPSEC compliance.
• Develop OPSEC plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct security reviews and inspections.
• Coordinate with government customers and security teams.
• Prepare reports and threat assessments for leadership.
• Support investigations of security incidents.
• Identify emerging threats and recommend mitigations.
• Provide OPSEC guidance to mission partners.
• Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
