Job summary

ProSync seeks a Junior-Level Operations Security Specialist to support OPSEC programs protecting sensitive information and mission critical operations. You will help identify vulnerabilities, coordinate with government stakeholders, and assist in security assessments and training.

The role requires a basic understanding of OPSEC concepts, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under supervision. A Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Less than three (3) years of experience in security, military operations, intelligence, compliance, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of security principles and OPSEC concepts.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Ability to work under the direction of senior security professionals.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification required (Security+, CySA+, SSCP, etc.).
• Top Secret security clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support OPSEC activities to protect sensitive and mission-critical information.
• Identify critical information, vulnerabilities, and indicators that could be exploited.
• Assist with security assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain OPSEC documentation, reports, plans, and program records.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Support OPSEC awareness, training events, and educational programs.
• Research security guidance and help implement OPSEC controls and mitigations.
• Coordinate with security personnel, program teams, and government stakeholders.
• Assist with incident reporting, documentation, and corrective action tracking.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and administrative security operation documents.
• Identify risks and provide recommendations to senior personnel.
