BSNC is seeking an Operation Security Analyst to develop and manage OPSEC programs in support of DoD, IC, and Federal Government missions. The role requires conducting assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and maintaining OPSEC plans and documentation.

You will coordinate with CI, Information Security, Cyber, and Physical Security teams and deliver security briefings to government personnel and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Intelligence, Homeland Security, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years in OPSEC, intelligence, information security, or related security disciplines.
• Experience supporting DoD, IC, or Federal Government organizations.
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage OPSEC programs for DoD/IC missions.
• Conduct OPSEC assessments, surveys, and vulnerability analyses.
• Create OPSEC plans, reports, and supporting documents.
