Job summary

Transdev North America seeks an experienced Operations Leader to drive performance across regional sites and international areas. You will manage, develop, and improve KPIs, SLAs, and startup/shutdown activities while leading transformation initiatives for the AV organization.

Strong emphasis on process flows, problem solving, and bottom-up empowerment. The role requires 5+ years in management, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and proven ability to deliver lean improvements in transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant management and leadership experience required.
• Experience in tech, start-up, and/or AV industry strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Regional management of operational sites across multiple geographies.
• Lead transformation initiatives and develop performance improvement programs.
• Curate and present daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to client leaders.
• Develop and deploy lean metrics to demonstrate business value and productivity gains.
• Diagnose problems and redesign workflows to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Mentor teams and influence decision-making at various levels.
• Collaborate with HR on training and incentive programs for lean initiatives.
