Job summary

The State of Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles seeks an OPS employee in Tallahassee to support the Florida PALM rollout. Responsibilities include creating training schedules, learning plans, and training users on the new accounting system, plus developing PowerPoints and job aids to assist end-users.

You will update SharePoint resources, coordinate with team members, and help ensure a smooth transition to Florida PALM with clear communication and timely delivery of training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with learning new processes and training users preferred.
• Working knowledge of FLAIR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Florida PALM implementation by creating/modifying training schedules and learning plans.
• Train users on Florida PALM and develop PowerPoints, job aids, and flyers to engage end-users with the new system.
• Update resources and links in SharePoint.
