Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline with 8+ years related experience or combination of education and relevant experience without a degree.
• 15+ years in construction and 5+ years supporting the DOE mission.
• Construction management experience in DOE or NRC nuclear radiological facility.
• Electrical Field Work Supervisor / Field Work Supervisor / Responsible (Line) Manager qualifications preferred.
• Prior DOE experience in construction projects and work-control with alignment to quality control, assurance and NQA-1.
• Professional and safety certifications relevant to construction in the DOE and nuclear complex are required.
• Previous DOE Plutonium facility experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee deliverables for construction activities ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Interface between the facility operations organization and program tenants.
• Develop and deliver facility operations‑focused programs, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Plan, budget, and provide compliance and quality support functions including training development and delivery.
• Ensure timely completion of discrete technical activities and coordinate with Construction groups.
• Provide operational/administrative support and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure consistent application of construction engineering standards and practices.
• Be responsible for end‑to‑end success of the set of deliverables.
