Colony Brands Inc. in Monroe, WI is offering an HR & Fulfillment Operations Internship for June–December 2027. You will gain exposure to both human resources and fulfillment processes in a full-service facility, supporting hiring, onboarding, and warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates are juniors/seniors pursuing related degrees, with a GPA of 2.8+, strong organizational skills, and willingness to work overtime and weekends. This onsite internship does not sponsor visas.

Competenze

• This role seeks highly driven individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should be pursuing or possess a degree in Supply Chain Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration/Management, or Human Resources.
• Availability to work onsite in Monroe, WI, and ability to meet overtime and weekend needs.

Mansioni

• Assist HR with interviewing, onboarding, and temporary hiring processes.
• Support background checks, paperwork, and drug screening data entry.
• Help conduct temporary employee surveys and collect feedback.
• Coordinate warehouse receiving, movement, production, and shipping activities.
• Assist in training temporary warehouse staff and updating procedures.
• Communicate work-in-progress status to supervisors during shifts.
