Federal Express Corporation is seeking a frontline Operations Supervisor in Bucks County to oversee day-to-day package sortation and staff, while upholding the Safety Above All culture and FedEx policies.

You will hire, coach, train and evaluate team members, manage safety programs, analyze performance metrics, and lead briefings to align goals. This role requires strong communication, mentoring, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in package handling, fast-paced environments, or supervisory roles.
• Certification program or Associate's degree in related area or 2+ years of college could substitute experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, and evaluate staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Plan and direct daily operations; assign employees to meet safety and productivity goals.
• Analyze performance data and implement action plans to improve key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals; communicate with audiences of varying sizes.
• Support safety and employee relations programs and ensure compliance with FXG policies.
