Job summary

FedEx Concord Facility is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline staff and safeguard Safety Above All initiatives. You will manage sortation operations, coach team members, and ensure compliance with FedEx policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with preferred Bachelor's consideration. Expect strong communication, training duties, and daily operations planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (warehouse/dock) is advantageous.
• Ability to lead a team, coach and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, recognize and discipline staff as needed.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control unit operations and performance.
• Communicate updates, hold briefings, and present to groups regularly.
• Train new staff on job duties, safety, and FXG policies.
