Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance operations environment required.
• Demonstrated success in a Ryder role may replace the experience requirement.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Ops Manager with operations and personnel.
• Manage customer relationships and issue resolution.
• Ensure customer needs are met while balancing targets.
