Job Overview

The Ops Sup Analyst 1 provides operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening in coordination with the Operations – Core Team. The analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients, supporting day‑to‑day operations in line with Citi’s operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and documentation of Client Reports and Advices (client communication letters, notices, and confirms).
• Provide regular status updates and create presentations for steering committee updates.
• Work with Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign‑off on regulatory business requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between key business stakeholders and technology, recommending priorities, risks, costs, and delivery timelines.
• Create and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos, and write User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios.
• Manage project plans and serve as project manager for cross‑departmental follow‑ups.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on regulatory client deliverables such as legal statements, performance reporting, advices, letters, and notices.
• Deliver exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold compliance with applicable laws and policies, and report control issues transparently.

Qualifications
