Job summary

Distyl is seeking an ambitious professional to support the CEO and optimize the Office of the CEO operations. You will coordinate travel, meetings, research, and strategic projects, turning ambiguous requests into concrete actions while protecting the CEO’s time and relationships.

This role blends executive support with business problem-solving, offering exposure to a high-growth AI company and increasing responsibilities as you prove sound judgment and initiative.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or professional with 0–3 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and exceptional organization.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex logistics and priorities for the CEO’s office.
• Manage scheduling, travel, meeting prep, and follow-ups.
• Create structured processes and trackers to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate across founders’ associates, executives, and vendors.
• Translate ambiguous requests into clear, actionable tasks.
• Maintain high-quality external experiences for stakeholders.
