Job summary

Distyl AI, Inc. seeks a Lead AI Strategist to partner with CIOs, COOs and leadership teams to rethink how businesses run on AI. You will guide technology and business strategy that strengthens strategic partnerships and expands enterprise collaborations.

You will translate executive conversations into real programs, mobilize Distyl’s engineers and researchers, and stay accountable to ROI as these partnerships scale from hundreds of millions to tens of millions of dollars annually.

Qualifications

• Track record as trusted advisor to senior executives (CIOs/COOs) at large enterprises.
• Experience turning strategic relationships into multi-year programs (tens of millions).
• Ability to translate architecture talk into business impact (P&L and ROI).
• Proven success leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Comfort with frontier AI tools and practical business applications.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategist in the room with senior leadership and shape technology/operating strategy.
• Understand the customer business and frame problems in their language.
• Translate strategy into programs and mobilize engineers/researchers to deliver.
• Grow relationships into larger, multi-year engagements and budgets.
