Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Drive DBS (Danaher Business System) initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at the Morrisville site.
• Meet production plans and implement on-time delivery targets (>95%).
• Develop talent, cascade SMART objectives, and manage stakeholder expectations.
