Job summary

USA Renovations seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from kickoff to closeout in Richardson, TX. You will own scheduling, budgeting, labor strategies, and cross-functional coordination to protect gross margins and meet customer commitments.

In this office-based leadership role, you will drive continuous improvement, manage multi-site crews, and partner with stakeholders to deliver on-time, on-budget results with strong profitability and safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of assigned projects from award through closeout.
• Develop labor strategies that maximize efficiency while protecting profitability.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, lodging, travel, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
• Coordinate with customers, field operations, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
