Job summary

USA Renovations is a growth-focused commercial contractor seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multifaceted commercial construction initiatives from kickoff to closeout. This office-based role in Richardson, TX will balance budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of labor planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of assigned projects from award through closeout.
• Develop labor strategies and maximize efficiency while protecting profitability.
• Monitor budgets, costs, lodging, travel, equipment, subcontractor expenses, and production costs.
• Forecast project financial performance and manage change orders.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules and coordinate start dates.
• Lead production planning meetings and analyze performance trends.
