Job summary

KBR is seeking an Operations Program Analyst to join our team supporting PMA-265 F/A-18 and EA-18G Weapons Systems Integration at the Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will provide direct business, acquisition, program management, and day‑to‑day operations support.

The F/A-18 and EA-18G program office manages current and future capabilities, ensuring mission success for U.S. Navy and international partners.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security clearance; US citizen.
• Journeyman with 3–10 years of combined relevant experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent substitutions as described in the postings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook). Acquisitions Management System and the Defense Travel System (DTS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Government/Contractor staffing requirements and data drills.
• Prepare program briefings, status reports, point papers, RFIs and other documentation.
• Track program status and evaluate operational and technical alternatives.
• Develop plans including budgets and schedules to meet IPT requirements and support execution.
