KBR is seeking an Operations Program Analyst to join our team supporting PMA-265 F/A-18 and EA-18G Weapons Systems Integration (WSI) integrated Product Team (IPT) at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) at Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will provide direct business, acquisition, program management, technical service support, and day‑to‑day operations support.
The F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265) provides critical current and future capabilities in the form of total life cycle support management (cradle to grave) for the F/A-18A‑D Hornet, F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler weapons systems. PMA-265 is responsible for acquiring, delivering and sustaining the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft, ensuring mission success for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aviators, as well as international partners to include Australia, Canada, Finland, Kuwait, Malaysia, Spain and Switzerland. Must be a self‑starter who requires limited oversight. Strong organizational skills, communication and problem solving are a must. This is an “in office” only position with situational tele‑work authorized some travel may be required.

$83,930.00 - $125,840.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
