CompassX is hiring an internally facing Business Analyst to learn how the firm actually runs—from Consulting Operations to Sales and Talent—and translate a ground‑level view into practical improvements.

You’ll work hands‑on across teams, diagnose where processes break down, propose clear fixes, and help implement them using CRM, spreadsheets, and lightweight automation. New grads are encouraged to apply, and strong written communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, business analysis, process improvement, or a similar hands-on role.
• Curiosity for how things work and the instinct to diagnose root causes.
• Comfort using a CRM, spreadsheet tools, and lightweight automation/AI tools.
• Excellent written communication and clarity in documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Get hands on across teams to understand how work moves before trying to change it.
• Identify where processes are inefficient or breaking down, and diagnose why.
• Provide clear, practical recommendations for fixes.
• Build and implement fixes yourself—new process, documentation, or lightweight automation.
• Document how key processes work to preserve institutional knowledge.
• Partner with leadership to understand priorities and turn them into improvements.
