Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in operations, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Curiosity about how things work and ability to diagnose root causes.
• Comfort with CRM, spreadsheets and lightweight automation/AI tools.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Diplomatic communicator across teams and leadership.
• Proactive and able to move work forward independently.
• Comfort with ambiguity and quick learning of new tools.
• Willing to take on a mix of high-visibility and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on across teams to understand how work moves before changes.
• Identify where processes are inefficient and diagnose root causes.
• Propose clear, practical recommendations to fix issues.
• Build and implement the fix, from new processes to lightweight automation.
• Document key processes to preserve institutional knowledge.
• Partner with leadership to translate priorities into real improvements.
• Leverage CRM, spreadsheets and lightweight automation to realize changes.
