Job Summary: The OPS Non-Student ITS Event Support Associate helps deliver and support technology used in campus events, classes, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, installs, troubleshoots, and operates audio‑visual systems, streaming platforms, and computers used in classes, meetings, conferences, and other special events.
• Ensures correct operation of audio‑visual equipment, assists users with operational issues, and provides excellent customer service.
• Learns to use basic software tools to enhance audio and video sources.
• Assists in processing customer requests.
• Assists in tracking tickets in a work order system.
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
• Promote a common purpose consistent with stated University goals and demonstrate a commitment to students and the learning environment.
• Possess knowledge of general written standards and procedures utilized, and have the ability to read, interpret, and follow procedural and policy manuals related to the job tasks.
