Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) in Western Massachusetts seeks a program operations professional to support the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff. You will ensure efficient operations, drive quality, and maintain safe, compliant practices across the program.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, safety, marketing and advocacy efforts, and overseeing caseload management, record keeping, and utilization reviews with a compassionate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates degree required.
• Two years supervisory and management experience and/or 2 years in addiction and recovery.
• Compassion and understanding for individuals on their recovery journey.
• Commitment to client empowerment, human rights, and community integrations.
• Working knowledge of BSAS regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to assist with operational and organizational functions of the OTP.
• Supports the operations of the OTP to help meet the defined mission and goals.
• Becomes familiar with regulatory requirements of federal, state and local bodies to ensure compliance.
• Responsible for safety and security requirements of the OTP, including management of external security, internal safety staff and drills/audits per schedule.
• Contributes to marketing and advocacy efforts.
• Oversees caseload management, record keeping, quality assurance, and utilization reviews as required.
