Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a 2027 Summer Intern in Operations focused on continuous improvement. This 10–12 week program covers HMS Silver Certification initiatives, time studies, standard work development, and Kaizen 3E program administration.

You will perform video-based time and motion studies, develop standard work playbooks, help establish sustainable processes, and present findings to local management at the program end. Full-time student in a related degree is required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in college or university during the internship period (May–August 2027).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship (required).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
