Job summary

SEI Corporation is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist I in its Investment Manager Services division in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on strengthening internal controls across IMS teams and supporting process improvement initiatives.

You will rotate through business units, assess risks, and collaborate with management to implement controls and efficiencies. Candidate will participate in audit planning, training, and reporting to ensure regulatory and client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fund accounting or operations experience is required.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules and standards in Investment Management.
• Ability to independently develop and execute audit programs.
• Familiarity with mutual funds, alternative investments and structures.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through IMS business units to understand operations and processes.
• Maintain and analyze inventory of internal controls.
• Perform risk assessments with Operations teams and implement process/tech enhancements.
• Assist in executing initiatives aligned to Operations Risks and Management Teams.
• Document deliverables and communicate objectives, status and outcomes to management.
