Job summary

SEI seeks a Data Operations business analyst within the Investment Manager Services Division (IMS). You will learn critical data sources and applications used by IMS clients, document data workflows, and develop a deep understanding of data pipelines and the warehouse data model.

You will also query data and maintain knowledge of our financial services landscape. You will support data governance initiatives, contribute to scorecards and dashboards, and assist in rolling out governance tools, all

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferred
• Strong MS Excel and SQL skills; experience with cloud-based tools preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated and organized

Responsibilities

• Learn about data sources and applications critical to IMS clients
• Document data workflows as needed
• Develop understanding of data pipelines and data model supporting internal data warehouse
• Query and analyze data with hands-on access
• Maintain understanding of SEI's businesses and client finances
• Governing data quality through scorecards, dashboards and reports
• Support rollout and use of data governance tools in line with enterprise standards
