Job summary

SEI Global Services, Inc. is expanding its Investment Manager Services (IMS) division and seeking an experienced professional to manage technical processes across trading, client service, and portfolio administration.

The role emphasizes developing efficient solutions using Power Platform, Python, SQL, and VBA within a collaborative, fast-paced setting. The position requires a BS/BA in a related field and at least 8 years of experience designing practical tech solutions in an investment

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in computer science, accounting, finance, business or related field, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience identifying and building efficient solutions, preferably in an investment environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Automate, Dataverse), SharePoint, Python, SQL, VBA.

Ability to work effectively under pressure
Takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all technical processes, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Represent SEI professionally while confidently demonstrating command and knowledge when interacting with external clients and vendors.
Monitor and verify that all established processes function effectively, addressing issues promptly.
Collaborate closely with SMA operations teams, maintaining professional and precise communication via email and in person.
Support the development and documentation of technical processes and controls, contributing to process improvements and enhancements.
