Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, technology, or M&A integration at a professional services firm, consulting practice, or fast-scaling company.
• Direct, hands-on experience with post-transaction integration: systems consolidation, vendor and contract rationalization, payroll/HRIS/ERP standardization.
• Comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end without a large team beneath you.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration efforts following acquisitions, partnerships, or new system rollouts—consolidating platforms, vendors, and processes into a single operating model.
• Audit and rationalize vendor contracts, software subscriptions, and back-office tools to eliminate redundancy and reduce cost.
• Consolidate and standardize core systems—payroll, HRIS, ERP—as the company scales and integrates new business lines.
• Identify manual or redundant processes and lead the transition to more automated, technology-enabled workflows.
• Partner with engineering and operations leadership to evaluate and implement technology that reduces manual work, from scoping through rollout.
• Build repeatable playbooks so integration and process improvements become standing infrastructure rather than one-off fixes.
• Manage multiple workstreams concurrently across the operations organization.
