Job summary

Vay is hiring a Senior Talent Partner, Operations to own fast-paced hiring across our Las Vegas operations, including Remote Drivers and Field Support roles. You’ll build pipelines, partner with Operations leaders, and use data to drive hiring velocity.

You’ll lead with an owner’s mindset, applying AI and automation to remove repetitive work, fix bottlenecks, and scale the team as we expand across the US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience owning high-volume frontline hiring in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record delivering large hiring volumes without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to diagnose and fix hiring process bottlenecks with data-driven insights.
• Strong collaboration with Operations leaders to forecast workforce needs.
• Comfort using AI/automation to streamline recruitment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end high-volume hiring across Operations, including remote and field roles.
• Build and maintain scalable candidate pipelines with strong candidate experience.
• Partner with Operations leaders to translate workforce needs into hiring plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies as Las Vegas operations scale and expand.
• Use data to optimize funnel performance and hiring velocity.
• Champion AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve efficiency.
• Represent Vay professionally in all candidate interactions and internally.
