Gravity, a high-growth energy tech startup in New York City, is seeking a Business Intern to touch all parts of the business as we scale our charging network nationwide. You will build internal processes, drive site expansion, and collaborate with clients to sign contracts while gaining exposure to the CEO on strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurship, initiative, and teamwork in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Building and automating internal processes, workflows, and systems to support rapid growth.
• Creating a sales and site installation engine to expand the network.
• Working directly with clients to identify high potential charging sites and get contracts signed.
• Direct exposure to CEO to support strategic initiatives.
• Developing a site build-out strategy and tools to execute.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams for seamless operations.
• Contributing to continuous improvement, standards, and development processes.
• Analyzing site performance to increase traffic and inform strategy.
• Building models to project KPIs at site and network levels.
• Leading initiatives to improve business processes and growth.
• Industry and competitive analysis to position in the market.
