Job summary

H Mart CA Warehouse is seeking an accounting specialist to review invoices, process payments, and manage operating expenses. The role supports GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting for warehouse operations in Whittier, CA.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field and 1–3 years of experience, plus SAP R3 proficiency and Korean language skills. On-site work with standard hours. Comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Finance, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years' experience in accounting or related field
• General understanding of accounting processes and functions
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Experience with SAP R3; S/4HANA a plus
• Korean language (read/write) with basic English comprehension

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and data in SAP.
• Prepare operational expenditure payment batches.
• Review and verify expense reports for GAAP/compliance.
• Reconcile operational expense accounts.
• Manage prepaid and accrued expenses.
• Manage fixed assets depreciation.
• Track inventory and closing duties.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for operating expenses.
• Analyze spending trends for cost reduction.
• Assist with special projects.
