Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years with Labor Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

• LMS: analyze labor productivity, utilization, earned hours, and trends.
• Industrial engineering: improve labor productivity, staffing, and efficiency.
• Workforce analytics: provide insights on productivity and staffing.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving.
• Project leadership across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Technology.
